Glow Grades ("we," "us," or "our") is operated by Ishita Rastogi. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our web application at glowgrades.com.

Usage data: Test results, topic progress, and performance analytics generated through normal use of the app.
Payment information: If you subscribe to Pro, payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your card details.
Technical data: Browser type, device type, and IP address for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide and improve the Glow Grades learning experience.
To generate personalized AI-powered questions and analytics.
To process subscription payments via Stripe.
To send transactional emails (e.g., password resets). We do not send marketing emails without your consent.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for advertising purposes. We use the following trusted third-party services to operate:

Supabase — Authentication and database hosting.
OpenAI — AI question generation (no personally identifiable information is sent).
Stripe — Payment processing.
Vercel — Web hosting.

4. Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Glow Grades is designed for students including children under 13. We collect only the minimum information necessary to operate the service. We do not show ads, track users across sites, or sell children's data. Parents or guardians may contact us to request deletion of their child's data at any time.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can reset or delete your progress data at any time from the Settings page. To permanently delete your account and all associated data, contact us at glowgrades.ai@gmail.com.

6. Security

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure authentication (Supabase Auth), and row-level security on our database. No system is 100% secure, but we take your privacy seriously.

7. Your Rights
